1. Acceptance

3. Support
Support and automatic product updates are provided for the term defined by the account type and based on the date of purchase. After the subscription has expired, a new subscription will need to be purchased to continue receiving support and product updates.
4. Payments
All payments for our services and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees and any taxes.
5. Subscription Renewals
Unless otherwise mentioned, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account settings.
6. Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
Due to the ongoing costs required to maintain, operate, and improve our services (including infrastructure, development, and support), refunds are not issued for the following:
- Forgetting to cancel the subscription before renewal.
- Non-usage of the Product after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with results or service performance.
Refunds may be issued only for:
- Proven technical errors caused by the Company that prevented access to the service.
- Billing errors attributable to the Company.
Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Refunds for renewal charges are not granted except as outlined in the General Refund Terms above.
Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be emailed to contact@pluginshub.site and must include:
- The reason for the request.
- Supporting evidence if applicable.
The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

8. Price Changes
